You get a single fixed number, not an open-ended hourly estimate. We commit to delivering the agreed scope at that price, and if anything needs to change later, we agree it with you first, never after the fact. Sign the contract, agree the payment terms, and we begin.

Common questions about our work process.

How much does a project cost?

Every project is fixed-price. After a free discovery call we scope exactly what you need and send one fixed number up front: no hourly billing, no retainer, no surprises. The figure depends entirely on scope, which is why we quote it once we understand your situation, not before.

Do you charge a monthly retainer?

No. You pay once, for the build. After launch the same team stays available for tweaks and new work, but there is no mandatory monthly fee and no minimum, so you only pay again when you ask us to build something new.

Is the discovery call really free?

Yes. The first call (30-45 minutes) and the scoping that follows are free. You walk away with a clear picture of what is possible and a fixed proposal, whether or not you decide to work with us.

What happens if the scope changes mid-project?

The price is fixed for the scope we agree, so the day-to-day build never runs up a surprise bill. If a new requirement comes to light, or you decide to add something, we scope and price that with you first and only carry on once you have approved it, so you are always in control of what you spend.

Do you mark up our software licences?

You pay your CRM, automation and AI tools directly, at their standard price. Everything is built in your own accounts, and you own all of it.

How do I know which option is right for us?

You do not have to decide; that is what the discovery call is for. A focused fix is usually a Quick Win (days); a full platform build is an Implementation (weeks); multi-system change is a phased Transformation. We recommend the smallest option that actually solves your problem.
